I am an Environmental and Resources Engineer. I began my professional career in 1998, working for a specialised company in the geophysics and geology sector. I immediately sought to combine my passion for the environment with my IT knowledge in the digital cartography sector, developing one of the first custom web GIS systems for the geomarketing of two leading companies in the automotive and electrical supply sector, as well as creating a management software for the Gardens Service of the Municipality of Rome.
In the years that followed, I developed a keen interest in the building world, working as a designer, site manager and safety coordinator.
I began specialising in acoustics in 2012, thanks to the experience I had acquired in the building sector, in the planning and on-site measurement of passive acoustic requirements in hotels, schools, residential buildings and public entertainment venues.
Since 2014, I have been focusing on the educational aspect of acoustics, and have spoken at a variety of courses and seminars at the College of Surveyors of Rome, the Territorial Agency for Residential Buildings of Latina, and Tuscia University, as well as at two editions of the “La Settimana del Legno” (Wood Week) event organised at Tor Vergata University in Rome.
In the two-year period 2015-2016, I taught on the Course for Acoustics Technicians at the Order of Engineers in Rome, where I have also conducted a number of seminars on the subject and delivered professional further training courses for Acoustics Technicians.
I am a qualified Environmental Acoustics Technician, and enrolled under no. 7200 on the ENTECA national register.
I am a Safety Coordinator for the planning and execution of works.
I am a Fire Prevention Professional listed on the registers of the Ministry of the Interior.
